Shipping policy

Records and CDs ship from New York City. Digital downloads don't ship — they're delivered by email.

Processing

In-stock orders usually leave us within 3 business days. Pre-orders ship as soon as the release is available; if your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship everything together when the pre-order item arrives unless you ask us to split it.

United States

We ship throughout the United States by USPS. The available options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

International

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Outside the US, our releases are available on Bandcamp and the major download and streaming stores — each release page links to them.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with tracking information where the service provides it.

Digital downloads

After payment you'll get an email with a link to your download page. Downloads are currently sold to customers in the United States only — see our Digital Download Terms.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email info@anzicrecords.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
